What you'll do

• Support safety programs, PPE use, safety checklists, and established protocols.
• Provide direction, communicate process flow, monitor performance and qualifications, and give feedback.
• Operate related equipment, including forklifts, wheel-cleaning and milling machines, and hand tools.
• Coordinate supplies and production needs, work with maintenance to reduce downtime, train and back up department jobs, perform manual Brinell tests, and maintain equipment and test wheels.
