What you'll do

• Assist with daily store operations and learn management practices
• provide customer service and lead by example
• support implementation of company policies and procedures
• help manage inventory, ordering, and stocking
• participate in staff training
• assist with sales analysis and performance strategies
• help schedule staff
• support cash management, sales growth, cost control, safety, cleanliness, customer concerns, asset management, local marketing, and operational reporting under senior management supervision.
