What you'll do

• Receive and track support requests by phone, email, ticket, and in person
• diagnose hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues
• support Microsoft 365, identity and access, Intune-managed devices, legal applications, VPN, and remote access
• complete onboarding and offboarding tasks
• escalate security concerns
• own tickets through resolution
• document solutions and support the knowledge base.
