The Sales & Catering Coordinator role is onsite in North Conway, NH. Starting pay is $25 per hour. The position supports the sales team at North Conway Grand Hotel by helping market, sell, and service events and maintain client relationships. The coordinator helps translate client needs into organized event plans and supports communication between clients and hotel staff. The role contributes to guest service and event execution through proposals, contracts, event orders, client contact, and day-of-event assistance.

What you'll do

• Screen and route sales inquiries
• prepare and distribute proposals, contracts, resumes, and Banquet Event Orders
• print sales reports
• present rates for wedding blocks and social groups with approval
• maintain assigned account relationships
• provide day-of-event support and act as liaison between clients and staff
• connect with clients before, during, and after events
• respond to concerns
• support meetings and marketing plans
• prepare sales kits and marketing flyers
• maintain event and sales files
• develop knowledge of Delphi.
