Transport Planner

What you'll do

• Plan daily outbound shipments and routes
• build dispatch schedules and assign drivers and vehicles
• confirm customer appointments
• coordinate order staging and loading with warehouse teams
• track trucks and adjust routes when disruptions occur
• maintain shipping and proof-of-delivery documents
• arrange third-party carriers when needed
• report transportation KPIs
• coordinate fleet maintenance and inspections.
