Property Maintenance Technician (Part-Time: 16 Hours Per Week)

ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This position is 16 hours per week and includes on-call responsibilities to assist with maintenance emergencies and resident service requests as needed. The Maintenance Technician will perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turns, grounds upkeep, and ensure the overa
