The specialist supports operational readiness and continuous improvement across laboratory and manufacturing spaces, coordinating equipment, materials, vendors, documentation, and cross-functional work so teams can maintain reliable operations and progress toward GMP Phase 1 manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Track maintenance, procurement, vendor deliverables, and operational actions
• perform basic equipment troubleshooting and checks
• coordinate vendor and contractor visits
• lead implementation of an equipment management platform
• coordinate laboratory, manufacturing, equipment, materials, and facility readiness
• support internship onboarding and task coordination
• conduct daily walkdowns
• support cleanroom and lab readiness, procurement, and inventory
• assist with SOPs, work instructions, deviations, and CAPAs
• improve operational processes and documentation.
