The Bookkeeper / Data Entry Specialist role is onsite in Hutto, TX, with pay of $18.25–$25 per hour. The specialist uses QuickBooks Online to manage financial records, process payables and receivables, reconcile bank and credit card statements, invoice jobs, track payments, prepare basic reports, and handle tax filings and front-office tasks. The role coordinates with company owners on financial matters; prior bookkeeping or data-entry experience with QuickBooks is required.

What you'll do

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and receipts
• review and balance bank and credit card statements monthly
• create spreadsheets
• invoice jobs and track sales payments weekly
• prepare basic financial reports and records
• answer phones and greet guests
• prepare and file 1099s and sales tax reports as needed
• coordinate with owners on financial matters.
