Automotive Technician

What you'll do

• Perform repair-order work efficiently and accurately
• diagnose malfunctions and make repairs
• obtain needed parts through the Parts department
• inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs
• communicate repair updates to service advisors
• document work and recommendations
• determine labor times and quotes
• road-test vehicles when required
• participate in manufacturer training
• supervise apprentices when assigned
• maintain shop cleanliness, tools, and manuals
• follow safety and regulatory requirements.
