What you'll do

• Develop and maintain technical curricula and instructional materials using Navy training standards and instructional systems design methods
• create instructor-led, computer-based, simulator-based, and interactive training products
• deliver classroom, laboratory, and field instruction
• conduct hands-on demonstrations and exercises
• assess trainee performance and revise materials
• document training and curriculum updates
• coordinate with government engineers, program managers, and training teams.
