What you'll do

• Welcome members, prospects, and guests
• conduct studio tours and present membership options
• pursue sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation
• build local community relationships
• support onboarding and mentoring of Sales Associates
• maintain member records and process payments
• respond to inquiries and concerns
• support marketing, social media, events, and studio activations
• maintain a clean and organized studio.
