Senior Director of Marketing

The Senior Director of Marketing role is onsite in Sewickley, PA. Compensation is $100,000–$110,000 per year. The role leads marketing, communications, brand development, and growth enablement for Vector Resources, Inc. and ISM, two organizations serving distinct markets. This player-coach role builds a shared marketing capability while preserving each organization’s separate brand and audience. It translates growth plans into campaigns, content, sales enablement, events, and measurable marketing operations that support customer acquisition, recruiting, retention, and revenue.

What you'll do

• Develop annual marketing plans, positioning, campaigns, budgets, events, content calendars, digital strategy, and growth objectives for VRI and ISM
• establish KPIs and marketing processes
• develop VRI federal-services brand materials and support expansion
• build ISM managed IT, cybersecurity, and advisory-services campaigns
• direct brand standards and creative work
• create corporate communications and sales enablement
• coordinate events and community presence
• manage marketing operations, CRM coordination, tracking, and reporting.
