What you'll do

• Complete the opening checklist and follow key and alarm procedures
• greet members and guests, manage check-ins, answer calls, and provide club information
• process authorized payments and account updates
• support membership inquiries, tours, referrals, bookings, and approved sales
• keep the desk and lobby organized
• complete assigned stocking and cleaning checks
• report access, equipment, or facility concerns and coordinate desk coverage.
