IT Support Supervisor

What you'll do

• Provide advanced hardware, software, and network support, including escalated L1 and L2 tickets
• diagnose and resolve IT incidents
• administer and monitor servers, networks, and applications
• troubleshoot network infrastructure
• document IT processes and troubleshooting
• support IT projects
• train L1 and L2 teams
• support laboratory instruments and coordinate with third-party companies
• identify and implement service and infrastructure improvements.

Why this role
