What you'll do

• Set up construction loan files and controls
• track loan-to-value, equity contributions, costs, disbursements, change orders, and remaining funds
• reconcile project tracking with the loan system
• verify required documentation before draw disbursements
• coordinate with lenders, builders, borrowers, and others to resolve issues
• maintain procedures and reports
• support audit and compliance follow-up
• update documentation manuals and request loan policy changes
• assume the Construction Loan Administration Manager’s responsibilities as needed.
