Abatement and Demolition Foreman

The Abatement and Demolition Foreman role is onsite in Middle River, MD, with stated pay of $25 per hour. Old Dominion Abatement and Demolition provides environmental and demolition services, including asbestos and lead abatement, mold remediation, ICRA services, and selective demolition. The foreman leads and works alongside an assigned field crew, coordinating daily plans, materials, safety, quality, and progress. The role helps ensure project work follows plans, company standards, and applicable safety and environmental requirements, while communicating field needs and issues to the Superintendent.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise daily field crew activities
• communicate assignments, priorities, production goals, and safety expectations
• coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and PPE
• conduct briefings and safety discussions
• monitor productivity and workmanship
• oversee abatement, remediation, ICRA containment, and selective demolition
• maintain work-area controls and safe work areas
• train crew members
• document time, attendance, and field activity
• report progress, needs, concerns, and scope changes to the Superintendent.
