What you'll do

• Lead and develop accounting staff
• establish accounting policies and process improvements
• oversee financial reporting and accounting across multiple entities and joint ventures
• manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• oversee general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, payables, receivables, and cash management
• ensure GAAP and agreement compliance
• manage treasury, distributions, and cash flow
• coordinate with partners, investors, and lenders
• support budgeting, transactions, development and construction accounting, tax, audit, and compliance.
