What you'll do

• Prepare and bake bread according to recipes, prep lists, and deadlines
• scale recipes and measure ingredients
• support hearth and pan bread production
• rotate and store items
• maintain clean workstations, ovens, and storage areas
• package and label products
• collaborate to meet daily production goals.
