What you'll do

• Provide customer service and carry out site security procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate. Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch service requests, alarms, incidents, and critical communications. Monitor assigned communication systems, access activity, cameras, and other site systems
• maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and shift reports. Communicate updates and follow escalation procedures. Conduct assigned regular and random patrols.
