What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as indicated in individualized service agreements
• help residents maintain performance and independence
• provide physical and emotional support
• assist with treatments delegated by a Registered Nurse
• observe and report changes in physical or emotional condition to the case manager
• provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection
• complete required daily documentation.
