What you'll do

• Maintain competency and oversee debridement and skin graft application
• establish protocols for wound assessment, staging, treatment, and escalation
• mentor and supervise wound care nurse practitioners
• serve as a clinical escalation point
• manage KPI performance across outcomes, procedure volume, documentation, and financial results
• expand coverage and represent the service line in business reviews.
