What you'll do

• Direct daily laboratory operations and staff scheduling
• mentor and manage laboratory personnel
• develop methods and maintain SOPs
• troubleshoot analytical issues
• oversee testing of biological samples and products
• maintain CLIA and A2LA accreditation
• ensure regulatory and safety compliance
• coordinate testing with manufacturing and third-party laboratories
• train staff
• and maintain laboratory instruments.
