What you'll do

• Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas, including trimming, weeding, leaf removal, pressure washing, and gutters
• remove debris and report or address safety hazards
• maintain tools, pool, outdoor lighting, and signage
• assist with painting and HVAC rooftop maintenance
• transport residents as needed
• maintain company vehicles and keep interiors clean
• follow facility emergency and safety procedures.
