The HVAC Apprentice (North) - Winchester is an onsite role based in Winchester, VA. Compensation is $18.00–$21.00 per hour, supporting the Service Department in maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC systems. This role exists to provide hands-on training and field experience for individuals looking to advance into a Commercial HVAC Service Technician position. The apprentice assists experienced technicians with diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs while developing technical skills and safety awareness.

What you'll do

• Assist Service Technicians with preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment
• Support troubleshooting and repair of rooftop units, air handlers, boilers, chillers, and related systems
• Assist with system inspections, diagnostics, and routine service tasks
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials for service calls
• Communicate job progress and observations to supervising technicians
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Participate in hands-on technical training and skill development
• Assist with inventory, vehicle organization, and equipment maintenance
• Work toward industry certifications and technical competency
• Represent the company professionally on job sites.
