What you'll do

• Coordinate project resources and execution from startup through completion
• review contracts and project documents
• establish schedules, logs, safety plans, and mobilization plans
• coordinate field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors
• monitor progress, quality, safety, risks, and performance
• lead project meetings
• represent the company with owners, architects, consultants, authorities, vendors, and subcontractors
• administer contracts, purchase orders, procurement, and change orders
• manage budgets, costs, cash flow, and financial reporting
• address client concerns
• coordinate punch lists, owner training, and final project documentation.
