What you'll do

• Answer and direct telephone calls

• conduct an initial customer assessment
• orient customers to Career Center services
• assist with job-search activities in the Resource Room
• enter information into reporting systems
• support staff with documents and office equipment
• maintain participant records, filing systems, and supply inventory.
