What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of facilities, business and parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• verify credentials and observe visitor and contractor activity
• report unauthorized access attempts
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• document observations and maintain activity logs and incident reports
• notify site contacts or emergency responders as directed.
