What you'll do

• Manage inventory costs and inspections
• place and receive inventory orders
• monitor restaurant assets
• ensure preventative maintenance and cash-control procedures
• motivate team members to deliver fast, friendly service
• coach shift coordinators and team members
• direct efficient product preparation and sales
• uphold operational and brand standards
• perform shift coordinator duties when needed.
