What you'll do

• Greet and assist visitors and provide directions
• perform filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
• prepare mailings and correspondence
• support office events, communications, and projects
• assist with public relations photography, interviewing, and event coordination
• help with general inquiries and customer service
• attend events with donors, legislators, stakeholders, executives, board members, and community members
• handle confidential information professionally
• perform related office tasks as assigned.
