This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a 5-year capital plan for multiple production facilities. The manager will lead cross-functional teams, oversee project KPIs, and ensure the successful delivery of capital initiatives while mentoring staff and driving operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead capital planning and project execution across multiple facilities.
• Manage project KPIs including safety, food safety, and budget tracking.
• Mentor and coach internal and external team members.
• Partner with procurement to develop sourcing strategies.
• Present technical issues and project status to senior leadership.
