What you'll do

• Provides technical support during invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Assists physicians in radiological imaging of cardiac and vascular procedures, acts as scrub assistant.
• Operates imaging equipment and works in the control room.
• Educates patients and families regarding the procedure.
• Assists in maintaining order and cleanliness of the unit.
• Completes documentation.
• Participates in quality and patient safety initiatives.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent. Registered ARRT or Registered Respiratory Therapist with CV specific certification or RCIS or RCES, or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist RCIS is required within 18 months of hire. Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP). ACLS. Surgery Technician License must be obtained within 3 months from hire date in the State of Colorado.
