The Recruiter I position is onsite in Downey, CA, and pays $23–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Proctor and grade pre-employment tests
• conduct Live Scans and support onboarding documentation
• coordinate interviews and assessments
• review applications and resumes
• conduct initial phone screens
• update candidates and hiring managers
• maintain staffing charts, applicant-tracking records, and recruiting reports
• place new hires and transfers at school sites.
