What you'll do

• Scope restoration work and prepare estimates using computer hardware and proprietary software
• negotiate customer or client approval of project scope and estimates
• schedule and oversee crews, subcontractors, and resources
• review job documentation and support billing
• communicate with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• manage project expenses, production processes, quality control, job files, labor, and materials
• coach technicians and maintain safety procedures.
