What you'll do

• Lead finance for manufacturing plants
• own plant budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• standardize processes, controls, reporting, and KPIs
• lead business reviews
• support supply chain and procurement decisions
• analyze cost optimization, productivity, and capital investments
• modernize reporting and deliver insights to senior leadership and the Board
• develop finance talent
• partner across operations, procurement, accounting, and FP&A
• support food safety and quality programs.
