What you'll do

• Serve as the main contact for store-level National Account inquiries
• respond to questions about orders, invoices, returns, and credits
• process orders, quotes, and returns
• track shipments and update customers and stores
• monitor performance metrics and resolve issues
• partner with internal teams and Accounting
• maintain customer agreements, vendor forms, and contract pricing
• prepare sales reports and support assigned projects.
