What you'll do

• Support comprehensive client assessments and treatment plans
• support individual and group counseling and complete documentation
• provide case management as needed
• document treatment progress
• propose treatment-plan changes using sound judgment
• coordinate with staff on treatment modalities
• provide crisis intervention as needed
• support discharge planning
• maintain timely, high-quality case documentation
• notify supervisors of significant client concerns or unusual events.
