What you'll do

• Develop and implement age-appropriate after-school activities and lesson plans aligned with Massachusetts EEC standards
• supervise children and support safety, behavior, transitions, and participation
• communicate with parents and guardians
• collaborate with staff and attend assigned meetings and events
• complete at least 20 hours of annual training
• maintain records and follow EEC regulations and YMCA policies.
