What you'll do

• Visit patients to obtain meal orders using an iPad and Breadbox
• follow up with patients whose orders were missed
• prepare cold special items
• assemble trays according to prescribed diets and orders, with attention to allergies and altered consistencies
• deliver trays on schedule
• maintain food temperatures
• use three patient identifiers
• record pantry refrigerator and freezer temperatures twice daily
• follow food-handling and HACCP procedures
• and communicate with coworkers.
