What you'll do
- Process prescriptions, dispense medications and refills, counsel patients, and document pharmacy records
- reconcile medication orders
- manage refill calls and inventory
- maintain pharmacy automation equipment and pharmacy areas
- support facility safety and compliance
- provide diabetes management under the collaborative practice agreement
- use evidence-based guidelines
- place continuous glucose monitors and interpret their data for medication adjustments.
