Summary of Responsibilities:. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assists providers with patient care and follow-up providing direct and indirect patient care in a clinical setting. LPN s also promote wellness activities, preventative care and health education under the supervision of the Medical Director. The position works with patients of diverse ages and their families.
