Facilities Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform general building and property maintenance and basic repairs
• complete routine maintenance tasks
• identify maintenance needs and recommend repairs or improvements
• coordinate larger repair projects with vendors
• obtain project quotes and schedule work
• serve as vendor point of contact
• follow up on project completion and punch lists
• maintain vendor relationships
• help keep dealership grounds and facilities clean and professional.
