- Conduct structured 20-minute interviews with shortlisted experts
- assess technical depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit using a provided rubric
- confirm availability, work authorization, and exclusivity
- identify and report red flags
- tier candidates as advance, hold, or pass
- write concise summaries for the program team
- coordinate scheduling within weekday business hours.
