The Patient Care Technician, Dialysis role is onsite in North Platte, NE. Pay is $30–$32 per hour. The technician works as part of a dialysis healthcare team, supporting patients receiving dialysis therapy. Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, the technician helps deliver safe dialysis treatments, monitors patients and equipment, and documents treatment information. The work supports patient care, infection control, and continuous quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines
• obtain and record vital signs and weights
• assess vascular access and perform cannulation and delegated tasks as permitted
• initiate and discontinue treatments according to orders and procedures
• monitor patient response and report changes to the nurse
• document treatment data
• maintain clean equipment and follow infection-control practices
• assist with patient education and staff training under supervision.
