What you'll do

• Manage client check-in and update demographics in the electronic medical record
• verify funding coverage
• collect client payments and copayments
• balance the cash drawer and prepare reconciled daily deposits
• answer program calls and schedule appointments
• coordinate with billing and insurance providers
• enter OQ and RANT assessment scores
• document services
• provide administrative project support
• follow agency treatment documentation policies
• communicate with multidisciplinary teams
• adhere to ethical and legal standards
• participate in ongoing professional development.
