Shift Supervisor — Food Service

What you'll do

• Direct associates during a shift
• provide training and create work schedules
• evaluate employee performance
• prepare production or sales reports
• ensure unit expectations for quality, productivity, and safety are met
• and serve as a contact for employee complaints or time-off requests. The supervisor may mentor and develop employees.
