In-Home Caregiver

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and household support
• assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• support mobility and transfers according to training and care plans
• prepare meals and provide hydration reminders
• perform approved light housekeeping
• document care
• report changes, incidents, and safety concerns
• follow client-specific instructions and remain awake and attentive throughout assigned shifts.
