Location: New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan). Start Date: July 1, 2026. Compensation: $28 per hour, grant-funded, with the possibility of becoming full-time staff after the grant concludes. As part of New York State’s 1115 Medicaid Waiver initiative, the HRSN Screener/Navigator plays a pivotal role in addressing social determinants of health.
