What you'll do

• Monitor and manage wireless network and service delivery, including radio access networks, mobile core, and external service providers
• track and report network and service KPIs
• assist with network dimensioning and infrastructure utilization
• support new customer and network-component deployments by ensuring monitoring and support processes are in place
• drive incident analysis, troubleshooting, escalation, communications, and root-cause reporting
• support process and tool improvements
• participate in relevant company initiatives, including roaming and wholesale partner testing.
