What you'll do

• Execute store plans and daily operations
• support sales promotions and special events
• review store financials with leadership
• operate registers and store systems
• maintain inventory and store presentation
• handle shipping and receiving
• support course-materials activities
• supervise, train, coach, onboard, and schedule team members
• assist customers and resolve escalated issues
• communicate with campus partners and facilitate campus events.
