Human Service Worker

Goodwill Northern Michigan is seeking a Human Service Worker (HSW) to support daily operations at the Goodwill Inn, a 24 x 7 x 365 low-barrier, housing-focused emergency shelter. This role provides direct support to guests while helping maintain a safe, respectful, and dignified environment. This position pays $20/hr, and there is a $2/hr shift differential for hours worked between 10pm and 6am. 1
